Hello everybody,
My first entry are 3 links that I liked, 3 blogs I think are going to be interesting for you as it was for me.

The first blog that i visited was about the benefits of garlic for you, it talks about how you must prepared garlic( it is better if you eat raw), biological backgrounds, pharmacological activity( this part of the text caught my attention because if you eat garlic you have lower chances of get cancer, especially stomach) and a last tip, if you want to reduce the garlic breath eat it with a parsley.
